Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Only unused, unopened, and sealed products are eligible.

• The original invoice must be included.

2. Non-returnable Items

• Opened or used products.

• Items purchased under discount, clearance sale, or combo offers.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.

• Refunds take 5–7 business days and will be made to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours with photos at info@himayucare.com.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our part.
